Benchmark International advises on the sale of MPI

Benchmark International is delighted to announce the sale of Medical Projects International (MPI) to Banks Sadler for an undisclosed substantial seven figure sum.

Based in London, MPI provide event management, medical communications and creative services to the healthcare industry. Commenting on the negotiation process, shareholder Chris Rawlinson commented, “Whilst the negotiation process was tense and difficult at times, we were left with a deal which we were both happy with.”

Banks Sadler deliver global meeting management services and has operations in London, York, Dusseldorf, Paris & New York. Also commenting on the successful transaction, David Campbell of Banks Sadler said, “we are pleased to have successfully completed our acquisition of MPI and look forward to working with the existing shareholders in the future in.”
