Benchmark International has advised on the successful sale of Network Technology Solutions (UK) to Capita IT Services for an undisclosed sum.

With 46 employees operating out of two offices in London and West Yorkshire, Network Technology Solutions (UK) specialise in the provision of support and managed IT services across the private and public sectors.

Based in London, the acquirer, Capita IT Services, are the UK's leading provider of business process outsourcing and integrated professional support service solutions.

Commenting on the acquisition, Peter Hands, executive director of Capita IT Services, said: “Network Technology Solutions has clients across many of the sectors in which we operate and has a strong reputation as a trusted provider of security technology and support.

“As part of our technology solutions division, Network Technology Solutions will strengthen our security capability and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our clients across the UK.”
