Benchmark International has advised on the successful sale of Vibration Control Services to The Practice Care Maintenance Services Ltd, trading as PCMS Engineering.

Midlands-based Vibration Control Limited provide condition monitoring and vibration analysis services to the manufacturing industry, aiming to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

The acquirer, Yorkshire-based PCMS Engineering provides advanced maintenance solutions for industry, particularly for companies operating within a secure, sensitive or potentially hazardous environment.
