Benchmark International has advised on the successful sale of Wimpole Printing Limited (Wimpole) to Greens Digital Limited (Greens Digital), for an undisclosed fee.

London-based Wimpole is one of the UK’s leading B2B solutions provider for print and a host of other business requirements, supported by its network of Business Centres in the UK and Ireland, for trade companies and the general public. With over 40 years’ experience, the company provides a full range of print, display/conference, graphic design and direct mail services.

The acquirer, Greens Digital, is a communications, documentation and logistics specialist and was established in 1919. From its base in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, the company’s offering encompasses financial services reporting, market research surveys, professional training documentation, sensitive data and transactional print/mail and complex logistics.

Benchmark International is pleased to have assisted Wimpole Shareholder and Managing Director, Anthony Savage, to pursue well-earned retirement plans after more than 30 years in the business. The natural fit between the companies is expected to see both continue their growth and development well into the future.
