Academy Design & Technology Services acquired by Integrity Trade Services Inc.

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful sale of Academy Design & Technology Services (Academy Design) to Integrity Trade Services Inc. (Integrity) in a deal for an undisclosed sum.

Academy Design has been a leading force in The State of Florida as a solutions provider for staffing needs, special projects and effective recruiting for over 30 years. Since 1978, the company has been providing staffing services to private corporations as well as government agencies throughout Florida.

Integrity is a rapidly growing national staffing service provider in the US, with a total of eight offices operating in Illinois, Indiana, Texas and now Florida. In order to increase growth, Integrity has actively sought acquisitions throughout Florida to further its network.

Integrity acknowledged the expertise and presence of Academy Design and both parties worked with Benchmark International in order to complete a successful acquisition.
