Benchmark International has advised on the successful sale of BSW Consulting (Exeter) Limited (BSW) to Parkwood Consultancy Services Limited (PCS) for an undisclosed sum.

Exeter-based BSW provides specialist management and consultancy services in civil and structural engineering to companies operating in the renewables and food industries. Specialist services include structural engineering/ renewables, wind farm engineering, civil engineering and CDM co-ordination.

Warwickshire-based PCS is a solutions-oriented consultancy company that focuses on planning, landscape architecture, environmental and energy consultancy, and quality management solutions. The company has an enviable track record in the provision of bespoke services across a wide industry base.

On completion of the deal, BSW shareholders Ian Jolley and Sarah Buck said, “There is a strong synergy between BSW and PCS, and the merger will result in a vibrant environmental and engineering consultancy able to tackle a wide range of projects. We are looking forward to working alongside PCS to give an even better level service to our existing and new clients”.
