Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful sale of Keypak Limited to Rowley Regis-based Select Hardware Limited.

Headquartered in Castleford, Keypak Limited is a premium, trade-only distributor of hardware and supplies for electrical, plumbing, DIY, workwear and gardening applications, in addition to its own range of branded tools.

Select Hardware, a business-to-business company with many years’ experience supplying both trade and retail clients, has an extensive hardware product portfolio.  The acquisition of Keypak represents an important part of its strategic growth plan.

On completion, the main Shareholder, Jonathan Staker, said “It has been a pleasure working with Benchmark International on this deal.
