Computer RX is a pharmacy software company with industry leading customer support and software design. With a company slogan of “You have a dream. We have the tools to get you there,” Benchmark International understood it needed to live up to this standard, and keep the company’s goals first in mind to develop the right plan. Computer Rx’s goals, as listed by their Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Roger Warkentine, was to keep his kids involved and find the capital required to grow the business. Further, he wanted a buyer that would honor the reputation Computer RX built over 30 years and protect both its employees and customers.
