Effective March 1, 2017 Rochester Midland Corporation has agreed to acquire WellBeing Hygiene, Inc. in an asset purchase. Transferring to RMC will be the customers, employees, intellectual property and other assets relating to the business of WellBeing.

Rochester Midland Corporation is a 128 year old, family owned business operating in the restroom hygiene, food & beverage hygiene, water treatment, commercial cleaning and housekeeping, and disaster restoration markets. RMC is a market leader in sustainable products, services and technologies in its chosen business lines.

WellBeing Hygiene, Inc., was founded in 1997 by Douglas Manning as a full service provider of restroom hygiene technologies and related services and products. The company assists organizations in safeguarding their facilities and decreasing the risk of infection through a clean, healthy, touch free environment that encourages appropriate hygiene initiatives and wellness.
