Benchmark International is delighted to announce that it has successfully facilitated the transaction between DW Reporting and BigHand.

Headquartered in London with offices in Canada, DW Reporting is an international business intelligence provider specialising in data analytics, reporting and consultancy solutions within the legal sector. The service is provided through the company’s two products: Quantum, which provides accurate and timely financial data through analytics and business intelligence; and Evaluate, which allows clients to price, plan and manage legal matters.

BigHand, a company with offices in London, Chicago, Sydney and Toronto, is a provider of digital dictation, speech recognition, workflow and document production solutions which help organisations streamline processes and increase efficiency. It has complementary operations with DW Reporting and is, therefore, expected to enhance the software product suite of both parties. The acquisition is also expected to extend growth opportunities in the North American market.
