Benchmark International is delighted to announce the completed sale of Earthing Solutions and Earthing Measurements Limited to ERA Technology, part of  EDIF Group Management Limited.

Earthing Solutions provide a broad range of earthing related services with a particular focus upon the energy industry. Following 15 years of development which has seen the company become industry leaders, shareholders Trevor Charlton, Mayur Galani and Mark Davies have achieved a deal value of £3.4m for all of their hard work.

Trevor Charlton, Founder of Earthing Solutions commented:

The EDIF Group subsidiary, ERA Technology are backed by a private equity firm and have been actively acquiring across a number of sectors over the past few years with the aim of establishing itself as the leading global provider of testing, inspection, certification and consultancy services focusing on the industrial and energy markets.
