Benchmark International is delighted to announce the sale of IPD Furniture to Panache Casa. The London-based contemporary furniture & lighting company, Panache Casa are backed by the Hong Kong based private equity group, The Velocity Group.
The Velocity Group primarily focuses on UK based furniture companies and have been actively acquiring in recent years. IPD Furniture represents The Velocity Group’s third acquisition in the UK furniture market with the other acquisitions being Panache Casa and Black Swan Furniture, also based in London.
We would like to wish Ian Pulfer and Deborah Moon, owner and finance director of IPD Furniture, plus all the other parties involved the very best for the future.
