Motivated Guard (www.motivatedguard.com) has offered their clients experienced security services since 2002. The company is known for its ability to monitor and develop innovative solutions for security problems while upholding its commitment and high standards.

Nor-Seg, (www.norseg-sec.com) is an international security firm that offers guard and state-of-the-art services. The company has a presence in Argentina, Paraguay, and United States with the main office in Argentina. Nor-Seg is a market consolidator and its current acquisition mission for the United States is to acquire additional market share in Florida.

The shareholders of Motivated Guard shared the following, “While we had several choices of potential acquirers, we felt the team at Nor-Seg was the best acquirer to help grow our company and accomplish our personal goals.
