Primera Healthcare acquired by Adept Medicare

Benchmark International has successfully advised the shareholders of Primera Healthcare on the sale of the Company to Adept Medicare for an undisclosed sum.

Birmingham-based Primera Healthcare delivers recruitment services to the healthcare industry with the Company employing many ex-healthcare professionals in order to ensure clients provided with appropriate individuals to fill vacancies.

Adept Medicare has been formed by a group of ex-healthcare professionals to act as an investment vehicle to build a group of medical industry related companies via acquisitions. Primera Healthcare is the first acquisition by the Company with more planned in the near future.

Following the successful transaction Shareholder John Court stated, "I would like to say thank you, for all your help and support over the last 12 months but more importantly for finding me a buyer."
