Glasgow-based confectionery and soft drink import and distribution specialist Dexters Confectionery Limited has entered a joint venture with Unex Private Equity in an undisclosed deal.
Dexters Confectionery Limited, with over 20 years’ successful trading, holds several registered trademarks for key products and offers a diverse range of classic and market leading confectionery brands and goods.
The joint venture Partner, Unex Private Equity, has ambitious plans for the Company having developed a share structure program to expand the already successful business. With new products in the pipeline to be introduced in the near future, Unex Private Equity Associate Partner, Lawrie Unex commented, “the opportunity in the FMCG market is very exciting.”
