Benchmark International is pleased to announce the sale of Complete Limited to Sparks Commercial Services.
Swindon-based Complete provides van, truck and trailer repair and maintenance services, in addition to supplying spare parts for commercial vehicles through its Renault Truck and Roadcrew Factoring franchises.
Sparks Commercial Services (SCS) operates three commercial vehicle workshops in Southampton, Portsmouth and Poole, offering commercial vehicle sales, service and recovery. SCS are the South's leading accredited Renault Truck dealer, offering everything from panel vans to maximum weight tractor units. The company also operates 17 full-length commercial vehicle service bays spanning three acres at both its Southampton and Portsmouth workshops.
Julie Spark, Owner of Sparks Commercial Services said: “Complete was up for sale because the previous owner wished to retire after 28 successful years and this provided us with the ideal opportunity for our company in the perfect location, a natural progression in line with our expansion plans. This is a significant investment for Sparks and, as Renault Trucks has gained a great reputation for performance and reliability, we are seeing our vehicle parc grow so we look forward to welcoming both new and existing customers to our new Swindon site.”
