Benchmark International has advised on the successful sale of Safety & Technical Hydraulics Limited (Safety & Technical) to ATR Group (ATR) for an undisclosed sum.
Aberdeen-based Safety & Technical is a supplier of specialist high-pressure hydraulic tools and instrumentation equipment to the oil and gas industry, with a broad portfolio of equipment drawn from the industry’s leading manufacturers. Its close working relationships with these manufacturing partners, combined with extensive industry knowledge, enables Safety & Technical to deliver consistently high levels of both customer service and technical support.
Also based in Aberdeen, ATR is a global equipment rental company delivering services to a range of sectors from offshore and subsea, onshore and plant, right through to the renewables industry.
On completion of the deal ATR Global said, “This strategic acquisition strengthens the Group’s offering into the global oil & gas market, and fully supports our clients’ requests for us to improve our overall proposition by continuing to broaden our product range”.
