Benchmark International is pleased to announce that a deal has been agreed between Spokemead Maintenance Ltd and Bilby PLC.
Based in St. Albans, Spokemead are a principal contractor for London’s largest borough for electrical installation, repairs and maintenance with 25 years’ experience in the industry, winning three successive 5-year contracts along the way. Through their experience and proven track record of delivery, along with their uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction and care, Spokemead are ideally placed as any client’s first choice.
Formed in Kent last year, Bilby were set up to acquire businesses within the gas and general services industries. Their aim is to build an organisation that will be able to cope with the constant demand, for high quality improvement and maintenance services in the public sector housing. The company’s board are implementing a focused strategy to grow the business, in order to access longer-term and larger-tender contract opportunities which provide sustainable margins and predictable contracted revenue.
