Benchmark International A Finalist For ACG Houston Deals Of The Year

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston has announced the finalists for their 2022 Deal of the Year Awards, and Benchmark International is proud to be on the shortlist for two separate transactions.

ACG Houston focuses on celebrating Houston, Texas’s booming middle-market deal community. The ACG’s independent judging panel of top business leaders and educators have reviewed and ranked the finalists.

The criteria for nomination include a closing date between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, and that the company being transacted, or strategic buyer, is based in the Greater Houston area. The nomination criteria included details such as transaction value range, industry focus, and type of transaction, as well as anecdotal commentary on what makes the deal unique. Judges evaluate deals based on the parties’ submissions as well as the overall story, economic and strategic impact, stakeholder value, and professional expertise.
