Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between Vooner FloGard Corporation and Aerzen USA.

Vooner FloGard Corporation is a premier manufacturer of vacuum pumps and vacuum system components. Vooner was originally founded in 1983 as Vooner Vacuum Pumps, Inc in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2003, Vooner added to its capabilities the CVN product portfolio of dewatering products and systems for paper mills with manufacturing operations in Greeneville, TN. Vooner carries many industrial products and solutions, such as showers, actuators, gravity strainers, inlet & discharge separators, manifolds, and pump packages. However, at the core of many of these solutions is their knowledge and experience with vacuum applications.

Vooner FloGard has over 31 years of experience with corrosion and erosion-resistant vacuum pump applications, including patented vacuum pump designs and system engineering capabilities. Additionally, Vooner is an OEM for complete vacuum systems for slurry dewatering, evaporation, pneumatic conveying, condenser exhauster, and felt cleaning in paper mills generating aftermarket business of actuators and sales opportunities for long-term, low-cost vacuum pumps.

Aerzen recently announced the acquisition of Vooner FloGard. They will jointly maintain and further develop the innovative vision of Vooner as a supplier of process-critical solutions, enabling reliability, safety, and a minimum total cost of ownership (TCO) and thereby develop more and deeper long-term connections with customers.

“The acquisition of Vooner’s assets increases Aerzen USA’s capabilities and application knowledge and provides us with greater access into some of our core markets of paper, food, power, mining, and chemical,” states Aerzen USA President Tony Morris.
