Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Maidstone-based EPIC by GRS Fleet Graphics, part of the Tosca Capital Group.

EPIC was established in 2003 and in that time has helped more than 200 companies and local authorities to brand their fleet with vehicle graphics. The founders of EPIC, Kevin and Lynda Murton, will remain actively involved in the business during the transitional phase.

GRS Fleet Graphics, headquartered in Southampton, specialises in leasing fleet graphics and was established in 1991. It is part of the Tosca Capital group, a flexible investor which delivers creative solutions for businesses at various stages of their lifecycle.

The acquisition will continue EPIC’s growth trajectory by providing greater operational capacity, excellent customer service and nationwide coverage through pooled resources.
