Benchmark International successfully facilitated the transaction between Lenhart Electric Company and InCharge, LLC.

As state-certified electrical contractors, they can handle any commercial, residential, new construction, and industrial wiring need. Lenhart Electric has always tried to be a leader not only in the community but in the industry as well. All of the divisions under the Lenhart umbrella have somehow tied in with the most advanced technology available at the time. In addition, their company is now celebrating the third generation of management. Multi-generational management has been one of the key ingredients to the company’s success.

InCharge LLC is a professional residential electrical installation provider covering the great state of Texas. Founded in 2007 with just three employees, InCharge has grown to eight branches and three design centers. InCharge is a one-stop shop for residential electrical construction needs with vast expertise in electric options, smart home technology, lighting fixtures, and high-voltage services. In 2016, InCharge opened a new division focusing on smart homes, low voltage, and security systems. In addition, they were recently awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Central Texas and acquired Calvin’s Electric, establishing another branch office.

The acquisition of Lenhart by InCharge allows them to continue to grow and expand their geographic market to Florida, as this is their first acquisition outside Texas.
