Benchmark is pleased to announce the transaction between Huco Consulting, Inc and Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. The reasons for targeting were strategic expansion and the added value that Huco would bring to the table.

Founded in 2008, Huco is a team of EHS & ESG data management system consultants based in North America. The sellers were very motivated to get a deal done and worked the process from start to finish. In the end, we were able to obtain and move forward with a great offer that was more than two times what the sellers were originally expecting.
