Posted on May 3, 2021 By

In the GAMECHANGERS (ACQ5) 2021 GLOBAL AWARDS, Gregory P. Jackson, CEO of Benchmark International, has been named CEO of The Year in the area of Corporate Finance.

The ACQ is a leading corporate news publication serving the sector since 2003, with a global audience of more than 261,000 subscribers. The GAMECHANGERS (ACQ5) GLOBAL AWARDS celebrate achievement, innovation, and brilliance, recognizing the world's most outstanding organizations and professionals.

Mr. Jackson said, "I am honored to receive such a prestigious award, but this isn't about me. I am truly privileged to lead such an incredible team and this award is about all the wonderful people at Benchmark International who show their dedication to our clients day in and day out."

The program was founded to empower end users to make smarter, more confident business decisions. The objective is to gather quantitative and qualitative information from and about the sector to be able to give a set of "Best of" awards. This year, the program saw a record number of votes. The nominees and winners are independently chosen by the industry itself. The entrants are judged on their ability to deliver outstanding returns and gain strategic advantage.

The poll was designed to reflect actual performance in any particular area of expertise and direct market share based on a number of criteria. Voters were encouraged to base their decisions on professionalism, experience, value for money, and responsiveness. The poll should be considered a reflection of how professionals view any practice, individual, or related sector supplier in terms of overall quality of service. Only nominees receiving an average 4-star rating or above achieved a short-list status. Results are based on the year 2020.

Participation in the ACQ5 awards can include private companies, publicly listed companies, multinational subsidiaries, non-government organizations, educational institutions, franchise systems, partnerships, educational institutions, government departments, government agencies, local government, and statutory bodies operating in both locally and internationally. Initiatives can include but are not limited to projects, programs, processes, services, systems, technologies, developments, ventures and undertakings.
