Dealmaking Milestone for Benchmark International

Benchmark International’s corporate finance team in Oxford has reached the milestone of completing 100 deals.

Short of five years after the Oxford office opened, the team has grown from three members of staff to 25 and has now hit this significant milestone.

Sector-agnostic, the deals have included transactions such as private equity companies, Moulton Goodies and Castle Mill Equity Partners, acquiring energy supplier, Manor Renewable Energy, and software technology company, BigHand, acquiring business intelligence provider, DW reporting.

Benchmark International Oxford’s managing director, Paul Wilson, said: “Since opening the Oxford office we’ve not looked back. This investment along with the great people that work here have really helped Benchmark International develop and grow as a company.

“With a number of further completions anticipated in the latter half of the year and the opening of Benchmark International’s new office in Manchester we are extremely excited about our future prospects."
