Benchmark International is proud to announce that we have opened an office in Denver, CO, to better serve the lower-middle market in the Rocky Mountains, Great Plains, and Northwestern regions of the United States—all areas that have historically been underbanked. 
Buyer feedback for this expansion has been quite positive at a time when private equity is also expanding in these same regions. Sellers and other advisors have also expressed excitement about the expansion. 

The office opened in August 2023 and is located in Peakview Tower, a modern 10-story office building on 6.5 acres in the Greenwood Village submarket of Southeast Denver, offering a mix of urban and rural environments. The state-of-the-art facility provides sweeping mountain views, a fitness center, and many other modern amenities. 

There is also direct access to the heart of the Denver Technological Center, providing the property with immediate access to several restaurants, hotels, entertainment, and shopping centers, as well as a quick commute to downtown Denver.

The expansion was led by Managing Partner Kendall Stafford, who stated, “Benchmark International recognized the need from buyers and sellers to expand our market reach. While we have been completing transactions within the region for a few years, having dedicated deal teams closer to the buyers and sellers will only add additional strength to our service offering. The region has been hoping for a firm, such as Benchmark International, to establish an office to serve the region better, and we are thrilled to step up to the plate.”
