Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between Georgia-based Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. (Lyman Davidson Dooley) and Virginia-based Blueline Holding Company, LLP (Blueline).

Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. (LDD), a Georgia corporation, was established August 1, 1988 as a result of the desire of its two Principals, Steven G. Lyman AIA, NCARB and Rowland Davidson, AIA, ASID, to challenge their professional abilities in quality, service and design. The firm strives to meet the functional, budgetary, and aesthetic parameters of each project through a high level of personal service and attention to detail.They specialize in architectural, interior, and sustainable designs.
