Flipfile imports, retails and distributes stationery products to customers across the UK, predominantly serving the education sector and supplying the majority of major UK educational distributors. The company’s product range is environmentally friendly, with a considerable proportion of products being 100% recycled.
BDS Office is the leading specialist in the UK office products market and one of the leading suppliers of a large range of niche office products.
The transaction represents a strategic move for BDS Office, due to the small number of suppliers in the education market.
